At GreenNest, booking a longer stay is a personal process.Instead of using a standard hotel booking system, we first take time to understand your preferred travel period, length of stay, accommodation needs and interests. This helps us prepare a stay proposal that fits your plans.Where additional travel services are needed, such as airport transfers, selected journeys or other travel arrangements, we may involve selected Travel Partners.

Provisional Reservation
Once you are happy with your personalised proposal, we can place a provisional reservation on your preferred accommodation and dates. This temporarily holds your selected stay while you review the final details and arrange payment. Your proposal will clearly state how long the reservation can be held before confirmation is required.
Payment
Payments are handled through invoice or another agreed payment method.
Payment instructions will be shared personally after the stay proposal has been agreed.
Role of Travel Partners
Where your stay includes services provided by trusted travel partners, such as safaris, transfers or additional experiences, we coordinate these arrangements on your behalf. Our partners are responsible for delivering their respective services, while we remain your point of contact to help ensure your overall Tanzania experience is smoothly organised.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation and change conditions will be shared before confirmation of the booking.
